Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: Online consultations utilize the Internet to improve patient access to the physician. Under this innovative system, the patient completes an online questionnaire which is submitted for review by a physician using our fulfillment partner's secure order system. Online consultations can never take the place of traditional medicine, but they do provide a valuable means by which patients may receive treatment for a strictly limited number of conditions that, in the view of our fulfillment partner's licensed physicians, do not actually require a physical exam.
Our fulfillment partner is committed to meeting and exceeding all government regulations covering this new form of health care provision. DrugsPark.com will only refer your order to a fulfillment partner with certified physicians that are fully licensed. Our fulfillment partner employs the services of highly trained and qualified pharmacists to provide you with the high standards of pharmaceutical care that you have come to expect. All medicines provided are obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, or in some cases directly from the manufacturer, in this way you can be sure that you receive at all times the same quality medication that you would receive from your neighborhood drugstore.

Q: What happens when I submit my order?
A: Your order is dispatched via secure ordering system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request.
When your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and the ordering system will ensure that it is sent to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We are fully dedicated to your privacy and security. Please see the page About Us for information on how your details are handled. DrugsPark.com itself does not store any individually identifiable customer information of any kind: all patient details collected are held and processed by our medical fulfillment partner for the purposes of processing your order. DrugsPark.com collects only the routine web traffic information which is automatically recorded by the Apache web server software driving our site and the majority of sites on the internet.
All references to DrugsPark.com which you may read on pages provided by our medical fulfillment partner's secure ordering system are for marketing and branding purposes only: your customer relationship remains strictly with our medical fulfillment partner and not with this site itself.
Note that the secure online ordering system makes use of the latest encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information is submitted safely and with the highest level of protection. All of our fulfillment partner's computer systems undergo regular security checks to ensure that the secure ordering system is properly protected.

Q: What medications do you sell?
A: Strictly speaking, we do not sell any medications -- we are not a licensed pharmacy. Rather, we act as a referral service to our medical fulfillment partner, which process your order for medications.
However, to answer the question (!), all medications listed in the menu at the left are available through our ordering service. Please note that legislation prohibits the dispensing of certain medications via an online prescription, and therefore these medications are not available through our service; examples include Valium, Lorazepam, Ativan, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Klonopin and others.

Q: Where are your Physicians Licensed?
A: All our fulfillment partner's physicians are U.S licensed. They use only board certified physicians and U.S licensed pharmacies.

Q: Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
A: Yes: the service requires an adult signature for all orders.

Q: How do you ship orders?
A: All orders are shipped by Next Day FedEx. Currently this costs $18.95 for weekday deliveries and $32 for Saturday deliveries.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before the order has shipped or been approved by the doctor. If the order has already been shipped or approved, it will not be able to be cancelled.
